Abundance without Excess

A typical supermarket spans 3,000 square meters and is filled with 20,000 different products. Our co-op spans less than 100 and offers 584 at last count.

But abundance doesn't require excess, variety can come without waste, and a small community can create an alternative to systems we've been told are inevitable.

When members tell us they're missing something specific in their kitchens, we search together for the best version that aligns with our values. And we don’t stock 3 different sizes of it either, because the variation is measured out, scoop by scoop, on our event days.

The products that we do stock represent truly distinct options. Not brand lines held in parallel, fighting for prime shelf real estate, but tributaries meeting up to create a full offering. Every branching out is there for a reason, creating a dynamic system that will evolve with our community.
